I have 240V 1-Phase coming into the garage. I have a 5HP phase converter that I use for my Bridgeport and my South Bend lathe.

I've got a Tree Journeyman 325 with a Dynapath Delta 20 CNC control. I got the machine almost on a whim, not knowing for sure if it was even in working order, but it's become an essential tool. It runs well most of the time but the X axis servo drive gets out of balance frequently and it gets occasional encoder faults on the other axes.

2176. I had a Tree 325 from 1991 as my first cnc. Was a knee mill, weighed around 4500lb if I remember correctly. Had a Dynapath Delta 20 on it, 95' machine would have a newer control. IMO if your buying a cnc knee mill these will be some of the better heavier built machines. Mine had a -40 Taper which was great.
