I use a Jet diamond truing tool (DT-1 - Amazon has it) and a screw advancer from Tallowtree (TTA) - about the same total cost as the Tormek truing tool but I've read that the Tormek tool doesn't work on the T10010. The manual says that working against rotation is for rough work only so I don't have any reason to do it.

Grizzly isn't a bad sharpener. When I received the sharpener all was fine but the stone was not NOT true. Had to spend 90 bucks for the truing tool from tormek and that fixed it right up. Wasn't expecting the extra cost but sure beats the 700 dollar Tormek that would need the stone true also.

The T10010 right angle jig rides on the tool support through two holes in the jig that have plastic inserts. The fit of the holes/inserts on the horizontal rod was a bit too sloppy for my taste. The T3 jig is nice and tight without any binding. So I was trying to figure out how to remove some of that slop.
